Refunds

Refunds are issued only if the returned item fulfills all eligibility criteria as outlined in our policy. Upon receiving your returned item, our team will conduct an inspection to verify the product’s condition. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Exchanges

JD’s Market offers exchanges under limited circumstances, primarily for items that arrive defective or damaged. Items eligible for exchange must be unused and in their original packaging. After approval, we will guide you through the steps to return the product and send out a replacement if applicable.

Please be aware that exchanges are not available for all products and may depend on stock availability. For cases where an exact replacement is not possible, we may offer a similar item or a store credit, based on the nature of the issue. Gifts

If the item you are returning was a gift, we can offer a store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method. In these cases, once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift credit will be issued to the recipient. This allows gift recipients to make selections from our store at their convenience without impacting the original purchaser’s payment method.

Gift returns require proof of purchase or a gift receipt to process. Please note that our general return and refund conditions still apply, including that the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping returns

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our end, such as a damaged or incorrect item.
